The Payroll and Human Resource Training workshops are aimed at bridging the gap between Accounts and Human Resource Departments. Workshop participants are equipped with knowledge to sharpen and broaden their payroll management skills to meet today’s payroll dynamic demands and modern technology trends. The training also helps bring about industrial harmony because the participants serve Management and the General workforce better.

The Employment Code Act 2019 has been enacted and some aspects of the labour market has changed and therefore training is essential.

This training is meant to help participants appreciate various changes to the labour laws that need immediate implementation and those requirements that can be pushed forward up to the end of the grace period.

This training also has an Answer and Question session with a representative from the Labour Commissioner ‘s Office.

This intensive three days hands on workshop focuses on excel features meant to sharpen delegates skills so as to provide solutions to various challenging excel tasks.

  • Level 2 Intermediate: Builds up from the Basics and Basic Skills, topics include; Introduction to functions such (SUM, SUMIF, SUMIFs, MAX, AVERAGE, COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTIF, DATEDIF, TODAY (), NOW(), MID, LEFT, RIGHT,CONCATENATE, ETC) . WE also look at Data Validation and Security, NESTED IF Function, IFs and other advanced functions.
  •  Level 3 Advanced: Builds up from Basic and Intermediate skills, we look at reference functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, MATCH and INDEX Functions, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts and VBA Macros. We further look at Advanced Excel Skills, short cuts and tools for handling complex data.

The National Health Insurance Act, 2018, Act No. 2 of 2018 was assented to by the Republican President on 11th April 2018. The Act has now been activated by Statutory Instrument No. 63 of 2019 and payroll deductions commenced effective October 2019 and the first remittance was due on 10th November 2019.

This training is meant to offer guidance on how to go about the implementation process of the National Insurance Health Scheme (NHIS). We shall further analyze and discuss on to the provisions of The National Health Insurance Act, 2018 and the effect it has on the existing Medical and Insurance Schemes.
